Officially organized in 2001, the Alliance was developed as ministry leaders became aware that they needed each other in this prolife calling. Many felt as if they were stranded on an island all alone to face this giant called abortion. It was recognized that while each ministry had its own identity and community flavor, the uniting of like minds in this cause would serve to strengthen the work of the whole throughout Missouri and the Midwest. What started as a once a year retreat for ministry leadership has now grown into a full time organization serving a variety of needs for our affiliates and others. AFL desires to bring assistance to any prolife effort in Missouri that we have the ability and resources to assist.
